This Wayland home was transformed with a kitchen addition and bathroom renovation.

The kitchen addition consists of beautiful walnut cabinets and a wavy textured stone tile. Behind the glass door, off to the side of the turret, a full pantry was created to hold a second refrigerator and extra cabinets, for  much-needed storage space. The new turret functions as a lovely eat-in nook.

The existing bathrooms were also renovated. The unique guest bathroom design showcases Mexican river rocks under the vanity for a more organic look. The space is finished with concrete countertops that run along the top of the vanity and around the tub into the shower.
